Admin Group / Owner and Some hidden GM only are allow to have Gm staff coat.. ;D Players and normal Players only Event coat ;D and event item unless you donate ;D Thx for being honest to us ;D

the GM stuff ( like i wear, the swat stuff) is for admins and owners only
the rest of the staff, even if they do not get ingame powers, will get a staff coat ( event coat, that one) in beta 2
