Way too busy, Don't whore on brushes/c4ds/clipping masks. Keep it simple.

Good text placement, but the font choice could be better, as well as color.

A simple tag is always the best choice until you have mastered PS.

I don't really like the c4ds on the sides. Seems a bit too rippled or w/e that is on top of it. I'd suggest setting that ripple effect layer on a soft light with lower opacity (might work, not sure) or at least lower opacity. And like resios said, try not to overuse those paint dab brushes.
