no offence or anything, but it seems a bit wack. Well,I mean, there's some nice things in there, but the movement of the piece is just going everywhere. You need to try and keep the movement of the piece consistant and make sure that the general flow of it is in one direction. I think that you should take out the reaper guy or whoever the guy in the top right is, and then position that light thing in the bottom right so that it looks like the light is comming from the bottom right. Then use lighting effects on an applied image to make it look more realisitic. You also want to tone down the brightness of that light down, it's a bit too bright. Otherwise it looks great.

No offence 5/10 its too dark cant see clearly the focal point and the right top its too bring cant really see clearly the letter....
